This was a complex case due to several anatomical factors. To overcome these challenges and achieve the most natural-looking result, we chose teardrop (anatomical) silicone implants. Unlike round implants, anatomical implants are shaped to mimic the natural slope of a cisgender breast, making them the ideal choice for creating a feminine contour and correcting asymmetry in cases like this.
