This incredible patient is now 1 week post-op from her comprehensive Facial Feminization Surgery (FFS). Every FFS is a unique path, with a surgical plan meticulously designed to align a patient's features with their true self. Her personalized surgery included a Hairline Lowering, Brow Bone & Orbital Reduction, a Brow Lift, Mid-Facelift, Rhinoplasty, Jaw & Chin Reduction, and a Tracheal Shave.
At one week post-op, significant swelling and bruising are completely normal and expected as the body begins the healing process. While the underlying structural changes are immediate, the final results are slowly unveiled as the swelling subsides over the coming weeks and months. Her new nose, in particular, will continue to refine for up to a year or more.
