In this educational, start-to-finish surgical video, we tackle a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) Revision for a patient seeking to perfect her silhouette after previous surgeries.

Our lovely patient had previously undergone a Mommy Makeover (including a Tummy Tuck and Liposuction 360) and a BBL with another surgeon. While she was happy with her hip shape, her primary goal for this revision was to achieve more projection and a fuller, more rounded shape in the buttocks.

To accomplish this, we performed a comprehensive body contouring procedure. This involved Liposuction 360 to further sculpt the waist, as well as liposuction of the arms, thighs, and axillas to harvest the high-quality fat needed for the transfer. This video provides a transparent, behind-the-scenes look at the entire process. We also show her immediate results on the table and her progress at 1-week post-op.
