Acceptable Use Policy

BY USING JAASPIRE, YOU AGREE TO THIS POLICY – PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY.

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") applies to your use of Jaaspire and all Content on Jaaspire, and forms part of your agreement with us. This Policy sets out what is and is not permitted on Jaaspire. In this Policy, defined terms (including Stars, Star reward, reward, Creator, Follower, Creator Earnings, and User Content) have the same meanings as in our Terms of Service. If there is any conflict between this Policy and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service control.

 

1. General Conduct

Use Jaaspire only for your own personal use. Do not sell, rent, transfer, or share your account, your login credentials, or any Content obtained from your use of Jaaspire with anyone else.

Use Jaaspire only in a manner, and for a purpose, that is lawful, and only in compliance with the Terms of Service, this Policy, and all applicable laws.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Jaaspire, and you must complete our age and identity verification where required. Jaaspire's Privacy Policy describes how we verify age and identity, including our use of an AI-supported, on-device identity-verification process.

 

2. Payments, Subscriptions, Rewards, and Stars

Payments on Jaaspire are handled through two separate channels, and you must use only those channels:

• Subscriptions to a Creator are billed directly through the applicable app store (Apple App Store or Google Play) or web payment provider, in accordance with the Terms of Service.

• Pay-per-view unlocks and rewards are paid for using Stars, Jaaspire's in-platform virtual app credits. Followers purchase Stars through Jaaspire's approved payment channels (including Apple App Store or Google Play Billing within our mobile apps) and may use those Stars to unlock pay-per-view Content or send a reward to a Creator.

You must not solicit, offer, arrange, accept, or make any payment, reward, gift, or other compensation for Content or interactions on Jaaspire through any method other than the channels described above. You must not direct, encourage, or invite any user to pay you, or pay any user, outside Jaaspire — for example, by bank transfer, cryptocurrency, gift cards, payment apps, or any third-party payment or messaging service.

A reward is a payment for access to or in support of a Creator's content and services on Jaaspire. Rewards are not gratuities or tips, and nothing in a reward creates any employment, agency, or independent-contractor relationship between users.

 

3. Prohibited Content

Do not upload, post, display, publish, store, or share Content on Jaaspire that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, hateful, discriminatory, threatening, or harassing, or that encourages or promotes violence, self-harm, or any illegal activity.

Without limiting the above, you must not upload, post, display, publish, or share any Content that shows, includes, depicts, or refers to:

• any individual under 18 years old (or that refers to individuals under 18 generally) in any sexual, suggestive, or exploitative context, or in any way that may sexualize a minor;

• any other individual whose age you have not confirmed and who has not provided verified consent where required;

• child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind, whether real, simulated, illustrated, computer-generated, or AI-generated;

• non-consensual content, including any sexual or intimate content of a person created, obtained, or shared without that person's freely given, verified consent, and any "revenge" or non-consensual intimate imagery;

• any person who has not provided valid, verifiable consent and proof of age to appear in the Content and to its distribution on Jaaspire;

• sexual violence, rape, incest, bestiality, necrophilia, or content that depicts or promotes non-consensual sexual activity;

• human trafficking, sexual exploitation, prostitution, or escort services, or any solicitation of the same;

• violent extremism, terrorism, or content that promotes, supports, or incites such activity or any terrorist or criminal organization;

• the sale or promotion of illegal goods or services, including illegal drugs, weapons, stolen goods, or counterfeit items;

• personal or confidential information of another person shared without authorization (doxxing), including identification documents, financial information, or login credentials;

• malware, spyware, or other harmful code, or links to the same.

 

4. Consent, Age Verification, and Records

If your Content features any person other than yourself, you are responsible for ensuring that every such person is at least 18 years old, has verified their identity and age where Jaaspire requires it, and has provided valid, documented consent to appear in the Content and to its distribution on Jaaspire.

You must retain, and provide to Jaaspire on request, records sufficient to confirm the identity, age, and consent of every person appearing in your Content, including government-issued identification and a signed consent or release. Jaaspire may require these records before, or at any time after, Content is published, and may remove Content and suspend your account if adequate records are not provided.

You consent to Jaaspire's verification of your own identity and age through our AI-supported, on-device identity-verification process, as described in the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service. You must not attempt to bypass, falsify, or interfere with any age- or identity-verification measure.

 

5. Prohibited Activities

In addition to the content rules above, you must not:

• use Jaaspire if you are under 18, or assist any person under 18 in accessing Jaaspire;

• impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your identity, age, or affiliation;

• access, scrape, copy, record, screen-capture, download, or redistribute any Content except as expressly permitted, or use any automated means (bots, crawlers, scrapers) to access Jaaspire;

• circumvent, disable, or interfere with security, payment, geofencing, watermarking, or content-protection features;

• engage in any payment activity outside the channels in Section 2, or facilitate money laundering, fraud, chargeback abuse, or use of stolen payment instruments;

• post spam, deceptive, or misleading Content, or engage in any artificial inflation of followers, views, rewards, or earnings;

• harass, threaten, stalk, defame, or invade the privacy of any other user;

• upload viruses or harmful code, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to Jaaspire, other accounts, or our systems;

• use Jaaspire to violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right, including intellectual-property, privacy, and publicity rights.

 

6. Reporting and Enforcement

If you become aware of any Content or conduct that violates this Policy — including any suspected CSAM, non-consensual content, or content involving a minor — report it immediately using the in-app reporting tools or by contacting [email protected].

Jaaspire investigates reported violations and may, at its discretion and without prior notice, remove or restrict Content, suspend or terminate accounts, withhold or reverse Creator Earnings associated with violating Content, and take any other action permitted under the Terms of Service.

Jaaspire reports suspected child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to law enforcement as required by law, and cooperates with law enforcement investigations. Jaaspire may preserve and disclose Content, account information, and records where it believes in good faith that doing so is necessary to comply with law, enforce this Policy, or protect the safety of any person.

 

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified in accordance with the Terms of Service. Your continued use of Jaaspire after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
