Child Safety Policy

At Jaaspire, the safety of our community is one of our highest priorities. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). We are committed to preventing, detecting, removing, and reporting any content or behavior that exploits, abuses, or endangers children.

These Child Safety Standards apply to all users, creators, subscribers, and visitors using the Jaaspire platform and form part of our commitment to maintaining a safe online community.

 

Zero-Tolerance Policy

Jaaspire strictly prohibits any content, activity, or behavior involving the exploitation or abuse of children, including but not limited to:

  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
  • Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).
  • Grooming or attempting to establish inappropriate relationships with minors.
  • Soliciting, requesting, sharing, or distributing sexual images or videos involving minors.
  • Any sexualization of minors, including real, fictional, AI-generated, illustrated, or animated content.
  • Child trafficking, exploitation, abuse, or any activity that promotes or facilitates such conduct.
  • Linking to, promoting, or directing users to websites or services that contain or distribute CSAM or facilitate child exploitation.

Any violation of this policy will result in immediate enforcement action.

 

Detection and Moderation

Jaaspire employs multiple measures to help identify and remove prohibited content, including:

  • Human moderation of user-generated content.
  • Community reporting tools.
  • Automated detection and review systems where appropriate.
  • Ongoing Trust & Safety investigations.

Content may be reviewed before publication or after it has been reported to ensure compliance with these Child Safety Standards, our Acceptable Use Policy, Community Guidelines, and Terms of Service.

 

Reporting Child Safety Concerns

If you encounter content, users, or activity that may involve child exploitation or abuse, please report it immediately.

Reports may be submitted through:

  • The in-app reporting tools.
  • Contacting the Jaaspire Trust & Safety team.
  • Emailing our Child Safety contact listed below.

Every report is reviewed promptly and handled by our moderation team according to the severity of the report and applicable legal requirements.

 

Enforcement

Jaaspire takes immediate action when violations are identified. Depending on the nature and severity of the violation, we may:

  • Remove the violating content immediately.
  • Permanently suspend or terminate the responsible account.
  • Remove associated media and related content.
  • Restrict future access to Jaaspire services.
  • Preserve relevant information where legally required.
  • Report Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) to the appropriate law enforcement authorities and child protection organizations, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or other applicable authorities where required by law.

Jaaspire fully cooperates with lawful investigations relating to child safety.

 

Age Requirements

Jaaspire is intended only for users who meet the minimum age requirements outlined in our Terms of Service and applicable laws.

Users who misrepresent their age or create accounts on behalf of minors in violation of our policies may have their accounts suspended or permanently terminated.

 

Community Responsibility

Every member of the Jaaspire community shares responsibility for helping maintain a safe environment.

Users must never:

  • Upload or distribute prohibited content involving minors.
  • Encourage or facilitate child exploitation.
  • Contact minors for inappropriate or exploitative purposes.
  • Attempt to evade moderation or enforcement actions.

Violations of these standards may result in immediate account termination and additional legal action where applicable.
